Sean Michael Bradley is an Actor, Stunt Performer, Writer and Director hailing from Kent County, Delaware, now based in New York City. He is a member of both SAG-AFTRA and AEA.

Sean began his passion for performance at the age of 4, studying Tap, Ballet and Jazz Dance. Pursuing theater in High School, Sean caught the Acting bug when he landed his first role in his first ever audition; George Gibbs in “Our Town”.

Sean worked on 12 productions both on and offstage in Straight Plays, Shakespeare, and American Musicals throughout his time in high school. He knew early on he wanted to pursue a career in performance, which lead him to earn a BFA in Acting from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia.

University productions ranged from Classical, American Classics to Contemporary plays, in productions such as “‘Tis Pity She’s a Whore”, “The Cider House Rules”, “The Philadelphia Story”, “Roger and Miriam” and “Venus”, among others.

Post grad, Sean worked regularly as an Actor in the Greater Philadelphia area, at theaters including Theatre Exile (Lost Girls), The Arden (Macbeth, Metamorphoses), Act 2 Playhouse (The Glass Menagerie), Philadelphia Shakespeare Theatre (Hamlet, As You Like It), Delaware Shakespeare Festival (The Winter’s Tale, A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Delaware Theatre Company (Saint Joan), and Quintessence Theatre Group (Hamlet, Antigone, The Merchant of Venice, The Wind in the Willows, and many more), among others. He also worked concurrently as a Fight Director for theatre productions, as he earned extensive training in Stage Combat throughout his time at UArts.

Sean was a founding member of Revolution Shakespeare and Fight Choreographed numerous productions, including a serial production of Orson Welles’ “Five Kings”, where he also appeared as Hotspur in conjunction with The Philadelphia Museum of Art featured in American Theatre Magazine.

Interspersed within his time in Philadelphia, Sean took a hiatus to Ireland and earned his MA in Drama and Performance Studies from University College Dublin. At which he co-adapted, co-directed and fight choreographed an original production of “The Taín”, an account of The Cattle Raid at Cooley from Irish Mythology.

After returning to the states, eventually the pull of New York City was too strong to ignore, and Sean began to work in a new field, Stunts for Film and Tv. Since moving Sean has worked regularly as a Stunt Performer, mostly as a Stunt Double in network television.

His passion for filmmaking has also increased throughout his experiences on set, leading him to write and direct his first, award winning, short film, Whatever It Takes, which premiered in festivals in LA, London, Toronto, and New York.

He greatly enjoys the outdoors, camping, cycling both motor and manual, as well as martial arts practice, and jamming as a percussionist on Spoons, Bodhran, Cajon and Washboard, and a full Drum Kit whenever he gets chance.
